Marcy’s expertise is the heartbeat of J & M Solutions. As a certified CMMC Registered Practitioner (RP), she brings hands-on authority to every engagement. Holding elite certifications including CySA+, Security+, and Network+, Marcy combines technical prowess with strategic insight. Her Master of Arts in Legal Studies, with a concentration in Cybersecurity Law, equips her to navigate the regulatory maze, ensuring your compliance is not just technical but legally bulletproof.

Her drive to educate and innovate led Marcy to found C Cubed Training, a Colorado-based 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to democratizing cybersecurity education. Launched in 2020 with her husband, C Cubed empowers underserved youth in southern Colorado—especially in rural areas like Pueblo and Huerfano County—with free access to computers, hands-on training.
